GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General conditions for renting and taking advantage of the apartments are considered along with the pet policy and are attached in the annex hereto and posted on the website.  (the landlord) confirmed on receipt of the advance payment of the tenant on the najemodajalčev bank account. With the General conditions can be informed on the website and in the apartment. The lessor reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice. Bound by the terms and conditions will be publicly posted on his website.

INTRODUCTION

In the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining corner, bedroom with a French bed (140 x 200) and sanitation. In the floor a big bedroom with double bed (180 x 200) and two beds (90×200). At the entrance of the garden terrace with a large table for 8-10 persons.

 
In the ground floor there is a kitchen with a dining table extendable for 1 person and in the gallery with two beds (90×200), bedroom with a French bed (140 x 200) and sanitation. Before the entrance there is a covered terrace with table and chairs.

 
On the first floor is the kitchen, dining area, extendable (200 x 150), in the Gallery's bed with a diameter of 120 cm and a height of 120×200 and sanitation. Before the entrance there is a covered terrace with table and chairs.

 
In the ground floor there is a kitchen with table and chairs. angular furniture that can be stretched in bed (140 x 200) and sanitation. It is located in the floor bedroom with French bed (160×200) and a smaller bedroom with two beds (90×200). In front of the entrance is a large covered terrace with table and chairs.

All apartments are equipped with oven/microwave, hair dryer, water cooker and a toaster.

I. RESERVATION OR CHECK-IN
The customer can reserve or cast application by phone:
 
  We are available 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
The lessee shall indicate all the required data and guarantees for their credibility. The reservation is confirmed when the landlord receives a prepayment (deposit) in the amount of 20% of the total amount of the reservation. The rest of the payment the customer is obliged to pay on the day of arrival at the apartment. The customer is obliged to pay a tourist tax, and any other additional services ordered and useful.

II. The PAYMENT of the
For the day of payment is considered the day when a tenant (or on behalf of another person) submits a transfer on our bank account for the deposit of the lessor.
  The advance payment shall amount to 20% of the total amount of the reservation.
The advance payment shall be paid not later than 3 working days after booking. The advance payment is a condition of booking. Deposit is refundable only in case of cancellation of the reservation up to 15 days prior to arrival, returns in its entirety with the exception of EUR 5 will be charged by the landlord as a cost.

IV. CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS
The tenant is entitled to a written or verbal termination of the lease of the apartment, regardless of the reason. In this case, the lessor shall be entitled to reimbursement of expenses. In the case of cancellation of reservation less than 15 days prior to arrival, deposit is not refundable. Also costs 100% of the price of the reservation, if the tenant prematurely leave the apartment except for exceptional circumstances, by agreement with the landlord.

 
Arrival in the apartment is possible only at the time of reservation and check-in at the front desk. On the arrival day the apartment is available from 14:00 hours onwards. On the day of departure, it is necessary to leave the apartment by 10.00 hours. 
Upon arrival the tenant report at the reception desk, which is located at the same address as the apartments. The application shall be carried out reviews on presentation of identity papers and take the keys. At the time of the departure of the tenant to the landlord returns the keys and aligns any obligations towards the landlord. Stay in the apartments is only allowed for guests who sign up for the landlord. For those who do not sign up to the landlord, or in his authorised persons, the landlord does not assume any liability. Persons who are not registered and are settling in apartments without the knowledge of the lessor are themselves materially and criminally responsible for the application.
